What is Propco & How do I buy it

Propco is a simple Utility Token. It has been created to fund a project called Propcoin Exchange. Much like other tokens are created with a project in mind, Propco is created for Propcoin, You can buy Propco Tokens directly from Propcoin exchange by clicking HERE

What is Propco Token used for?

At the outset, Propco tokens are sold to generate capital for the company.  Propcoin LLC, the token owner will be a transparent exchange owner. You, the token holder, will be periodically rewarded when you stake your tokens. 

What are the typical returns expected?

We make no promises of returns on our platform. We cannot predict or promise anything unfortunately.

What is the project timeline?

Propcoin is a long term project.

We will commence operations upon the successful completion of the Private Placement, that is expected to close on August 15, 2024.

How many tokens exist?

There are a total of 10 billion Propcoin. Thats it. No more will exist.

How do management tokens vest?

Just like in the FIAT world, Management is awarded their remuneration in part cash-part token structures. Tokens will vest over a period of 3 years in equal installments. 

How do Follow-On-Coin offerings take place?

As per the business plan there will be periodic Follow-On Coin Offerings called FCO’s from the Treasury Pool. These will be unlocked over time and placed towards operating the exchange platform.  The purpose of the FCO’s is to continue to raise liquidity for the exchange, thereby ensuring constant liquidity on the platform. Follow-on Coin Offerings will be announced, pre-ordained, and existing holders will be able to participate in these offerings in an equitable manner.
